With all materials carefully hand-picked with respect for the environment - taking only what is needed and leaving plenty behind- each box contains a unique collection of sustainably gathered, native natural materials- carefully hand-selected to invite investigation, creativity and open-ended exploration. From textured bark and intricate seed pods to smooth stones and other seasonal treasures, the materials provide rich opportunities for sensory play, inquiry and discussion.

No two boxes are the same. Contents change with the seasons, reflecting what nature is offering at the time and encouraging children to observe, question and engage with their environment in authentic ways.

Each Curiosity Box also includes a set of beautifully designed information cards to support educator knowledge and extend conversations about the natural items, along with a “Play Ideas” guide offering simple, adaptable prompts that align with play-based learning approaches.
